Zu Warriors!

Zu Warriors is a fantastic movie! In fact, it is one of the best movies ever made since the turn of the century. When you rent or buy this movie, I must recommend that you watch the Cantonese version first, and then the English version. The English version is shorter and not as crazy. When you watch the Cantonese version you do have to read subtitles, but the crazy fucked upness of the Cantonese version is defiantly worth it. Seriously, I have no idea what was going on during the whole movie, and that was a good thing! This big skull monster who has the voice of a little girl was going around killing people and destroyed a godly clan or something, and then was coming to destroy the next godly clan, and there had to be a fight of good verses evil. Also the movie is about a man who is trying to rediscover both himself and his master so that he can fight to defend his people from evil. The Cantonese version of this movie is like a train ride with no tracks and rocket engines tied to the caboose. So yeah, defiantly view the craziness of the Cantonese version first. The English dubbed version is a little easier to understand and actually has some major things changed in it, but is basically the same story with cool scenes cut out and the plot less crazy AKA less entertaining. It is interesting to watch the English version to see what was changed in it, but if you watch the English version first, the Cantonese version may not seem as crazy.
The movie has crazy fighting with powerful swords and has crazy Asian acting that looks all funny. There is this fairy that looks all evil and cute and cool and stuff, and the fairy is very funny and intriguing at the same time. There are so many little elements like this fairy that make the movie so expansive in your mind and makes you think. I can’t mention them all, so you will just have to go find this movie and watch it.
Anyone that likes cool special effects, or weird anime or crazy martial arts fighting will like the action in this movie. It is all extreme and moves very fast. There is special moves that are mentioned once and then all of a sudden are super important and are made a big deal of when they are performed. This is of course great as it makes the battles crazy and keeps you on the edge of your seat.
The master of the guy who is kind of the main character dies in the very beginning of the movie. She has like super curly Qs on the side of her face. They split off into 2 curly Qs and that is just so awesome to me, it looks so cool/cute/hot. I wish I could my Qs on the side of my face like that. Seriously, the curly Qs on the side of her face make me so hot I can’t think straight. The Qs alone are enough reason to see this movie, and this movie defiantly offers a lot more than just super cute and delectable curly Qs. 2 BIG thumbs up!
